A “Rage” Room is a safe and controlled environment where people can come to release their stress, frustration, and anger without consequences. Participants book a session based on the amount of time that best suits them. During that duration, they are allowed to destroy everything in the room (except the walls). It is a controlled environment where you can release your emotions by breaking objects.
Must be four years of age (or older) to participate. Participants age 18 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their visit. Proof of age may be required.
Comfortable clothing with a good range of mobility. Boots are required for all participants (construction/Timberland style); we recommend steel-toe construction-style boots for optimal protection and performance. If needed, shoe rentals are available at our facility. We provide disposable coveralls (or lab coat), a hard hat with face shield, and gloves.
A valid form of ID is required.
Yes. Signed waivers are required to be completed by all participants before their session begins. Minors require completed waiver on behalf of the participant by a parent or guardian.
Walk-ins are always welcome however available sessions are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling and confirming your session online to avoid wait times
