Our Story

Kaija Pack is a devoted mother, mentor and foster care professional with more than
two decades of experience. Throughout her experiences, Kaija saw firsthand the
transformative power of alternative therapies, and the increasing need for people of all
ages to have a safe place to express themselves. In 2021, Kaija made her dream a
reality and founded the first Break Life location.
